Tell me a little about your business. I read every request myself and come back with times that work.

Questions

Straight answers. If yours is missing, ask me.

What does it cost?

Two ways, your choice: professional day rates, or a base fee plus a share of the costs it saves. Either way you know the number before I start.

Do I have to let people go?

No. You decide what to do with the time it frees up. If a turnaround needs deeper cuts, I can help with that too, and I will be honest about what it involves.

Can I replace my accountant with AI?

I did, in the UK and in Germany. Down to tax returns, filings and annual reports.

Which systems do you work with?

Any system. Connecting is no problem nowadays. Often the best move is to rip out painful legacy systems, and with AI that is usually done in a few hours. Good bye DATEV. I built my own accounting system that works directly with the AI of founders and finance teams and updates the management accounts before a receipt has left the printer, so you never wait for bookings or receipt hunts. You do not have to use it: any system with an API works, and even without an API I can drive it by clickpath, slower but it works.

Is my data safe?

Every data security level is possible, up to the requirements of European defence companies. You choose the level. It shapes the price, not what the system can do:

  • Ordinary commercial data: EU hosted system, commercial model API.
  • GDPR and regulated data: inference stays inside the EU.
  • Sovereign: European sovereign cloud with a European model provider.
  • Restricted and above: models on hardware you control, up to a fully air gapped install.

The system stays the same at every level. Only where the thinking happens moves. Every action is logged.

What if it goes wrong?

You choose the level of autonomy. You want no mistakes? Then people approve every step. You will not survive without radical cost cutting? Then we backtest an entire year of situations and put it live with an outer loop that checks for mistakes and improves whenever one happens.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Both, but usually remote. I am based in London and work with companies in the UK, Germany and Austria.
