The starting point

ADONiS sells sports nutrition and keto food in the UK and Germany: online, on Amazon and to retailers. Two countries, two sets of books, a warehouse, retailer portals, and a lot of people copying between systems.

In 2026 I rebuilt how it runs. Instead of people moving data between systems, one AI machine sits in the middle and talks to all of them.

The honest part

It is harder than it looks.

Cutting staff costs by 80% came with real setbacks. Things broke when outside systems changed. Early on, the rules were too loose, and some things happened that should have waited for a person.

Every one of those mistakes became a rule. That is why money is only ever prepared, never sent by the AI. And why a changed email needs a new yes.

You get those rules from day one.
